The Rudd team is made of all highly experienced and skilled staff and have worked together in unison as a team throughout many successful projects. This equates to an owner getting the service of a well-oiled machine – not a mix of staff from a multi-state company all coming to perform a project for the first time. We do not have a business development department, nor do we want one – we are the team that actually estimates and builds with zero knowledge transfer loss. Our team is our strongest advantage and strength.
All of Rudd staff are local and live in the Roaring Fork Valley. We truly believe this is a major advantage as we are faster to respond, have more of a vested interest in the community, know the local building codes, inspectors, and regulatory standards – thus resulting in faster and more efficient service. We have more at stake with our neighbors and local community to provide excellent work as our reputation is on the line. Most important we are here to stay for the long run. Rudd has 40 years of building experience in the Roaring Fork Valley and we plan for another 40 years.
