We’ve spent over four decades renovating and perfecting a unique process that’s exciting and clear from start to finish. At Rudd, we are committed to making the process of building your dream home as enjoyable and a personal experience in which our team members support the rest of the design and owner team members.

The Roaring Fork Valley is our home, and we have experience in working in difficult to access areas, erecting complex structures, delivering the most refined architectural elements, and installing state-of-the-art building technology in all the homes we build.

“We want to take a moment to take this opportunity to express our thanks and appreciation to express our thanks and appreciation for making our dream home a reality. Without question the Rudd Team stands second to none.   They have delivered everything from a very complex new home project and several renovation projects for our family – all exceeding our expectations.   We can recommend them without hesitation.

Based on several recommendations, we selected Rudd to build our home in Snowmass Village (Horse Ranch).   We worked hand in hand with Scott Duryea (President), Tim Thompson (Project Manager) and Dale Abbott (Project Superintendent). Even though our project was built during Covid, we were extremely pleased with the process and the outcome. Excellent communication throughout, high quality work and many suggestions along the way to improve the end result. Also, Rudd worked very well with our Architect (Tim Hagman), Interior Designer (Karen White) and our Landscape Designer (Kevin Dunnett). If we are ever crazy enough to build a second house, we would not hesitate to go straight back to Rudd.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and Rudd Construction for the wonderful job you have done in building our home in Ridge Run. The workmanship was first rate. Recognizing potential problems and solving them before necessitating costly changes was very much appreciated.”
